Returns + Exchanges


If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can send us an email and we can offer you an exchange for store credit. To process an exchange, please follow the steps for a return. Once we receive your package, we will send you a voucher to re-order your the item of your choosing. The voucher / code for store credit we give you can be used on any item and it will never expire.


We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. All of our products we send out are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start the return process.


Customers will be given a shipping label equipped with tracking to send the return. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed to be faulty, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.


Regarding both Returns + Exchanges, kindly note —

  • For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind there will be no refund, but we can offer store credit

  • We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the item is faulty

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it within 14 days of purchase

  • All item/s sent back for store credit are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached

  • Belle The Label will not be responsible for any items returned that are not returned in new condition

  • Belle The Label will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used

  • There will be no exchange on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final


    1. Please request a refund/exchange by emailing within 7 days of receiving your order and include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to refund/exchange.


    2. Once your refund/exchange has been approved you will receive an email confirming the refund or exchange.


    3. You must return the unwanted item to us within 7 days from the date we approve the refund/exchange.


    4. You must send the item to be exchanged back to us using a valid tracking number. If we do not receive the item, no refund or exchange will be processed.


    5. Once you have sent the item back to us to be exchanged, you must email us a copy of the tracking number.


          6. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your                  exchange/refund within 7 business days.
