Returns & Exchanges
We allow exchanges for all items excluding sale items. Kindly note that the pieces must be in new condition, and will be inspected for wear upon arrival. All domestic returns are free of charge, and are shipped using USPS. All exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date that your item was delivered. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their new order, which will be accounted for through a Shopify invoice sent to your email.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
1. Submit your request here using your order number and email or phone number. If you aren't sure of your order number, send us an email at email@example.com.
2. If you know the item(s) you are looking to exchange your original order for, opt to select "exchange," and then select the items of your choosing. If your new selections exceed the value of your original purchase, we will send an invoice to your email to complete payment. Your new order will not be shipped until this invoice is payed. If the item(s) you wish to exchange are of lesser value than your original purchase, we will grant you store credit for the remaining value.
3. If you prefer store credit for your exchange, opt to submit a return. We will then grant you store credit in the form of a custom code for you to use on your next purchase. It can be used for anything on our site and does not expire.
4. If for any reason you want to expedite your exchange, you can place your new order now, and once we receive your exchange item(s), we will refund the original purchase. If you opt for this, please submit a return request using the above link and select the reason: "Already Purchased Exchange Item(s)."
5. Once your exchange has been approved, you will an email containing a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Please affix this label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any USPS location.
6. Once we receive your package, your exchange will automatically ship out or your gift card will be issued.
To process an international exchange, kindly follow steps 1 through 4 outlined above. Once your exchange is approved, please ship out your items using the courier of your choice to the following address:

Please keep record of your tracking number and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Doing this will expedite the exchange process.
Once we receive your package, your exchange will automatically ship out or your gift card will be issued.
For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs. All exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date that your item was delivered. If for any reason you want to purchase your new item in advance, you place the order now, and once we receive your exchange item(s), we will refund your original purchase. In this case, we kindly ask that you notify us by email at email@example.com.
We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please submit your request here, including photos and a description of the issue.
Kindly note, you must submit your request within 10 days from the date that your item was delivered. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed to be faulty/damaged, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.
