RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility:

  

All apparel items (excluding Archive items and items purchased during a sale) are eligible for returns or exchanges. Swimwear qualifies for exchanges or returns for store credit.

   

Please initiate requests within 10 days of receiving your item, and ensure the pieces remain in new condition with tags and hygiene stickers in tact. All items will be inspected upon arrival. 

  

Shipping:

  

Pre-paid labels for all domestic returns and exchanges will be provided.

International customers are responsible for shipping arrangements. 

  

Fees:

  

Domestic exchanges & returns for store credit: Free.
Domestic returns for a refund: $10 return fee.

  

International exchanges & returns: labels not provided, no return fees apply. 

 

   

DOMESTIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

(1) Request

Submit your request here with your order number and contact details. For order number assistance, email us at info@bellethelabel.com. 

      

    (2) Exchange Option

    For exchanges, select "exchange" and your desired items. An email invoice will be sent for exceeding values. For lesser values, we'll refund the difference.

        

      (3) Store Credit Option

      Opt for store credit by submitting a return. Receive a custom code for future purchases. Credit can be used on any item and does not expire. 
          
        (4) Expedited Exchange
          

        To expedite an exchange, place a new order & submit a return for your original one. Once we receive your return item(s), the original purchase will be refunded. For this option, submit a return request with the reason: "Already Purchased Exchange Item(s)."

             

          (5) Label & Drop-off

          Approved exchanges get a pre-paid USPS label. If you did not receive your label in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Affix and drop off at any USPS location.

              

            (6) Completion

            Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, exchanges ship automatically; returns' credits/refunds issued within 2 business days.

               

              INTERNATIONAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

              For international customers, please follow domestic instructions 1 - 4 to process your return/exchange request. Follow steps 5 - 7 below for shipping instructions:

              Exchanges ship upon payment of shipping costs; returns' refunds or credits automatically issued upon receipt.
