Shipping and Handling

COVID-19 (international orders only) — Please understand that the impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions daily, which are impacting the ability for carriers to meet their standards of service. Delays are being further compounded by the increased demand despite the reduced capacity available for transportation due to flight cancellations by passenger and cargo planes.

We expect most packages to arrive and are seeing deliveries occurring within 6 to 10 weeks from the original ship date. If you need to receive your package sooner, we advise that you purchase priority international mail. We use UPS Worldwide Expedited and DHL Worldwide, these take an average of 2-3 days.

We are a small business, so please respect that our handling time can be as long as a week. However, our average turnover time is 2 working days.

Domestic

Our processing time is up to 5 business days.

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS. Below are the current options available:

Service Cost + Delivery Time (varies by location)

  • USPS Priority Mail $7.00 2-5 days

  • USPS Overnight Priority Mail Express $25

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico via USPS with an expected delivery time of 6-9 days. 2nd day air and next day air are available for pre-determined prices.

International

Please expect delays due to COVID, see above notice for details. International orders are highly unpredictable due to the ongoing pandemic. While some packages arrive in 8 - 10 working days, we have seen some take as long as 10 weeks. As of now, we recommend purchasing priority international shipping, part of which we subsidize. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country. The buyer is responsible for custom dues and taxes. International shipping starts at $20, priority is $45.

I didn't receive my order conformation or tracking number, where can I find it?

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS for domestic and international orders.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.  Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

What if my package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.

 Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of receiving order on all unworn items excluding sales & sale items. A code will be issued upon return of the order & inspection.
